Nicole is a lifestyle, props and roomset stylist based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

From Vancouver to New York to London, Nicole has spent over two decades styling wardrobes, interiors, and sets with curiosity and intention. Guided by a holistic approach, she first works to understand a client or audience’s lifestyle. Because the bigger picture is rich with cues. Nicole is drawn to stories, and finds and highlights the pieces that hold meaning for her clients — like a plate from a grandmother’s China collection. Her goal is to create personal connections and conjure emotions through style. She fashions narratives.

Conscious consumption is at the heart of The Style Scope. Nicole teaches her clients the concept of “less is more” and the cascading benefits of buying local. She shows people how a room or wardrobe can be enhanced with fewer, more responsible pieces.

Nicole has worked in fashion and media for over two decades with top clients and collaborators such as:

“Can We Just…” Podcast

In addition to the beauty Nicole creates through her styling work – and arguably more reflective and inclusive of the complexity and grit behind life – Nicole and her podcast partner Marlayna Pincott produce their CWJ podcast, where they plant seeds for new perspectives.

With a down to earth feel, this podcast centres around conversations between friends, colleagues and amazing humans who care passionately about talking their experiences forward, and dives into all sorts of discussions around friendship, aging, careers, marriage, parenting/mentoring, finances, childhood trauma, racism, love, divorce, dating, wellness, nutrition, masculine/feminine energies, death and on and on.
